Life definitely is trying in itself and just when I think I have a grip on things…… Hello hormones! Just know that you’re not alone. Most women will have to deal with multiple changes due to pregnancy. Just don’t expect those that haven’t experienced it to understand the specifics of what you are going through. Especially when it’s your first pregnancy. As I approach my third trimester, there were just a few valuable lessons I learned.
